Online Learning: This includes online pre course learning that will set you up with the theoretical knowledge required for you to be prepared for your live skills training. It covers elements including anatomy and physiology, exploring colour theory and pigments, recognising different skin types and tones and much more.
Hands-on Tuition: The hands-on element of the training is essential
for students to practice and master the 3D nipple and areola
technique. This involves working on live models and synthetic skin to
learn the art of creating light and shade and the illusion of protrusion
through pigment implantation.
Our skilled trainers will guide students through various techniques,
such as creating balance and symmetry, blending, highlighting and
shading, depth, pressure, and colour matching.

Portfolio/Graduation/Certification:*
If you require a FTG Certificate of
Achievement, you will need to submit a
portfolio of progression and carry out an
assessment either online or in person at our
head office. If you are
attending from an NHS Trust we will work
with you to find a suitable pathway

When and where does the course start?
Our 3D Nipple & Areola restoration courses are currently held at our headquarters in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, and in Manchester.
Haywards Heath is situated approximately 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport by road or rail.
We are also only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute taxi ride away from Haywards Heath train station which has a main line station from London Victoria.
We will provide you with a helpful accommodation sheet with our suggestions of hotels and travel advice so you get to our head quarters safely and stress free.
