This post card will give your customers information on what to expect after a treatment, split over time segments a customer can see how the healing process will take place giving them peace at mind.

Orders must be placed before 3.30 pm to be eligible for next working day delivery via DPD. Our opening hours are 9am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.30 pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. There is a minimum packing and delivery charge of £8.34 (inc. VAT) for all orders within mainland UK. This is a DPD next working day service between the hours of 8am – 6pm. We also offer a DPD next working day service by 12pm. This service is available for £10.74 (inc. VAT).
We endeavor to dispatch all items before 3.30 pm on the working day the order is received. All our DPD postage options are marked delivery for the next working day, however DPD do not guarantee next day delivery. Therefore occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, orders can take slightly longer to arrive, and we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time. Therefore, we recommend you allow at least 3 working days for delivery and processing to ensure your goods arrive well in advance of any client appointments. Please note all DPD parcels must be signed for.
Royal Mail 1st Class post is an option for orders under the value of £75.00. Please note that by choosing this option, we recommend you allow at least 3 to 5 working days for delivery and processing to ensure your goods arrive well in advance of any client appointments. This is not a tracked service, Finishing Touches are not able to take responsibility for delivery times, damage or loss of goods in transit.

DPD services are available to all postal areas of the UK, however there are a number of postcodes in more rural areas where we are not able to guarantee Next Day Delivery. These include the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands.
We are not able to offer Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland – this is a 2 day service.
Deliveries within Europe and Worldwide are possible and usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Please contact email@example.com for a quote. We will get in touch to discuss the best method for delivery for your area. As a rough guide, expect to pay on a tracked courier service approximately £48.00 (inc. VAT) for European delivery.

Products delivered to some destinations outside the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the product is responsible for these fees, including import duty and customs duty which are generally requested by the carrier. By placing an order you are agreeing to this as a main term and condition.
Proof of Delivery
Any requests for credit or replacements for shortages or damage in transit must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of goods, or, in the case of non-delivery, within 10 days of the order date. Please email email@example.com.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Most of our products are sterile, for use in a cosmetic setting. Any returns must be unused and returned to us in a saleable condition, in the original packaging with all safety seals intact. You must return items within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you a refund, exchange or credit note. All pigments are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the bottle seal is uncompromised.
PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND VIA CHEQUE. Please wrap the items securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of damage in transit.
