DermaMaster is proud to introduce two specialty needles, specifically developed for Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) and skin colour camouflage, with a focus on precise implantation of tiny pigment dots.
Our cutting-edge needles are designed for exceptional accuracy, delivering controlled pigment flow through a unique internal channel that enhances stability, reduces vibration, and minimizes pigment pooling or splash. Both needle variants feature an XL taper and are available in textured and non-textured formats.
The textured needle, with its specialized coating, allows for higher pigment saturation, making it ideal for creating the illusion of fuller hair in thinning areas. The non-textured needle is recommended for ultra-precise micro dot implantation, particularly suitable for SMP, shaven head, alopecia totalis, and linear scar treatments.
Both options feature an extra-long taper for superior accuracy, while the long, fine, semi-transparent nozzles provide greater visibility and a clear window of pigment flow for ultimate precision.

Description
These needles are both ideal for Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), skin camouflage, and scar revision treatments, including concealing hair loss in men and women, disguising hair loss in areas of thinning hair, and disguising linear scarring from hair transplants or injury including FUE and FUT scars. They are also highly effective for restoring skin tone in cases of hypopigmentation, vitiligo camouflage, and post-surgical scar camouflage concealment, offering natural, seamless results.
Needle configuration: 3 needles in a tight round grouping.
Needle diameter: 0.18mm
Taper length: Extra long taper – 7mm
Suitable for: Hair density, scalp SMP shaven head, skin colour camouflage, fine eyeliners, lip lining and blush, ombre brows and shading, areola and 3D nipple and areas requiring a faster colour saturation that cannot be achieved with a single needle.
Universal cartridge: Designed to be compatible with a wide range of rotary micropigmentation devices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Safety cartridge system: EO gas sterilised with a 3 year expiry from the date of manufacture. Specifically designed with a silicone membrane sealing enclosure for the prevention of pigment backflow.
Professional knowledge and training are essential for the correct use of this needle cartridge. It is the technician’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary skills to achieve optimal results.

Duty / Custom Tax Payment
Products delivered to some destinations outside the UK Will be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges which are imposed by local legislation.
The recipient of the product is responsible for these fees and payment is due once your order has been received into your designated country.
Failure to pay these fees will result in your order being returned to us where Finishing Touches Group will incur a fee, this fee will be charged back to the recipient.

Proof of Delivery
Any DPD request must be notified to us within 48 hours of scheduled delivery.
Any Royal Mail request must be notified to us within 7 days of the order date.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@finishingtouchesgroup.com immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Returns
Most of our products are sterile, for use in a cosmetic setting. Any returns must be unused and returned to us in a saleable condition, in the original packaging with all safety seals intact. You must return items within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you a refund, exchange or credit note. All pigments are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the bottle seal is uncompromised.
PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND VIA CHEQUE. Please wrap the items securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of damage in transit.
