What is Skin camouflage and needling?
Skin & scar camouflage is an advanced medical micropigmentation treatment that involves using a digital machine to apply specialised pigment into the skin where colour is missing from injury or trauma, birth defect, post surgery or as an alternative to surgery.
If an area of the skin is raised, it may require some skin needling prior to flatten down the skin surface. Skin needling involves small needles that cause tiny punctures to smooth the scar tissue. This will then help with the introduction of skin camouflage.

Most importantly, we will teach you how to safely perform this treatment to offer the ‘finishing touch’ to post surgery or trauma areas.
On the course, you will learn our unique techniques on how to apply pigment into the skin. Practice and master ‘shallow camouflage’, a light surface implantation which gives a tint of colour to an area, and ‘acrylic camouflage’, a longer lasting multi-coloured mosaic style effect.
Learning from our experienced medical micropigmentation trainer, you will also learn how to prepare the skin before camouflaging through skin needling.
